The Witt Steam Grill can be used on a standard hob. Pre-heat for 3-4 minutes at medium heat. Place the meat on Witt Steam Grill and sear it on both sides. Add water into the surrounding groove and put the lid on. Witt Steam Grill now grills and steams the meat simultaneously. The fat runs down the grooves and thereby reducing the food's fat content. Combined steaming + grilling for the perfect juicy and tender result.
